I know this is kind of late but I didn't find out about this until today.

The event will open with the world premiere of Jenkins’s Hymn In Memoriam: Martin Luther King, Jr. Conductor Jonathan Griffith will lead cellist Lori Singer and the Distinguished Concerts Orchestra International in this work.

Happy Birthday to our favorite dance teacher.

I knew I forgot something.
Posted Jan 15 2008 by Pam

When I opened the new site and I went to list what was new I forgot to mention that 3 new official Fame magazine articles were added. So, if you haven't seen them yet, you can do so here.

Welcome to the new Fame Forever.

First off I want to say that I have been wanting to change up the site for 2+ years. For whatever reason, I never got around to finishing it until now. I am actually very nervous about opening up the new site but I put a lot of work into it and I will just keep my fingers crossed that you all like it.

Jesse Borrego Joins Cast of ER
Posted Jan 05 2008 by Pam

Jesse Borrego made a guest appearance on a recent episode of ER or what I thought was a guest appearance. Seems Jesse has joined the cast of ER. But just as that happened, the writer's strike happened and filming came to a halt. Hopefully the writer's strike will end soon and the show can go back into production.

Real Audio Sound Files
Posted Dec 30 2007 by Pam

All of the Real Audio sound files that were on this site have been removed. It seems with the newest version of Real Player, most of the files I had on here are no longer compatible and will not play. The songs will be added back when I find a more suitable solution. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Nia's Appearance on Dancing With The Stars
Posted May 07 2007 by Pam

As I mentioned the other day, Nia Peeples was in the audience for tonight's episode of Dancing With The Stars. Nia was shown twice during the show (that I noticed anyway) ... once at approximately 55 minutes into the show and the other time 1 hour 20 minutes in. Below are a couple of pictures. Excuse the poor quality, they are literally pictures of my television screen.

Posted May 03 2007 by Pam

Thanks to Jessica I have a picture of the cover art for the Swedish release of Fame season 1. As I stated in my previous news post about this, the cover is the same as the US release, with the exception of the Swedish writing.
